Own a ready-to-operate Nigerian food business without spending years building one from scratch. PEFA brings the products, systems, training, NAFDAC Certification, and experience. You bring the ownership.
The kiosk is the next chapter of a business we’ve been building for years
From developing our instant soup products to building a customer base, onboarding distributors, activating markets and taking PEFA products beyond Nigeria, we’ve been building the foundation for this next phase. Now, we’re taking what we’ve learned and putting it into a business model that individuals can own.
We didn’t begin with kiosks. We began by solving a simple problem: how to make traditional Nigerian soups easier and faster to prepare without compromising the experience of real food. Our Founder/CEO, Samson Okolinta, noticed a common food problem: busy professionals faced issues cooking soups every night after long days of work.
He realized that while instant options existed, none truly delivered the authentic taste and experience of traditional Nigerian soups like egusi and ogbono.
This gap inspired him to create a solution that preserves the real flavor while removing the stress, time, and preparation burden. Pefa Foods was born from the idea that anyone should be able to enjoy homemade-tasting soup in minutes.
We developed PEFA Instant Soups, built our production processes, secured the necessary approvals and began putting the products into the hands of customers.
We started onboarding distributors, entering new markets and taking PEFA products to consumers beyond our immediate location.

See how a PEFA Kiosk turns customer demand into daily business revenue.
Customer visits the PEFA Kiosk, chooses their preferred soup and places an order.
The operator prepares the customer’s order fresh and serves it in approximately 10 minutes
The customer pays and the transaction is recorded, generating revenue for the kiosk business
Your investment funds the physical setup, opening inventory, marketing and the operational foundation required to launch your PEFA Kiosk.
Your ₦3,000,000 is used to set up and launch the PEFA Kiosk as a functioning food business. The largest portion goes into the initial stock of PEFA Instant Soups, chicken and the kiosk setup
Part of the funds is also allocated to marketing so that the kiosk can attract customers from the beginning. The kiosk, cooking equipment, branding and other physical requirements provide the foundation for the business, while the remaining funds cover staffing, training, logistics, utilities and other operational needs.
The goal is to ensure that the kiosk is properly equipped, stocked and positioned to start serving customers and generating sales from the outset.
The opportunity is driven by daily customer transactions, not a one-time sale. Each kiosk will operate Monday–Saturday, from 10 AM–11 PM, serving customers throughout the day. We estimate 40–100 orders daily, depending on location and foot traffic. Egusi Soup will sell for ₦4,000, Ogbono Soup for ₦4,500, and Oha Soup for ₦4,000 with Chicken, however, there are also cheaper options between the prices of ₦2500-2800 for quicker market penetration. Also, there are several other popular Nigerian soups offered at competitive market prices
25 Egusi × ₦4,000 = ₦100,000
15 Ogbono × ₦4,500 = ₦67,500
10 Oha × ₦4,000 = ₦40,000
This example reflects actual recorded sales activity from PEFA Foods and demonstrates the sales potential of a busy operating day. Actual results will vary by location, customer traffic, operating hours, pricing and business performance.
A PEFA Kiosk is designed to generate revenue from daily sales of freshly prepared soups and complementary food products. Based on an average selling price of approximately ₦4,200 per order and 26 operating days per month, the following illustrates potential monthly sales at different customer volumes.
40 ORDERS/DAY- ₦4.37M, Estimated monthly sales
60 ORDERS/DAY- ₦6.55M, Estimated monthly sales — Base Case
80 ORDERS/DAY- ₦8.74M, Estimated monthly sales
These figures represent illustrative sales revenue, not guaranteed profit or returns. Actual results will depend on location, customer traffic, pricing, product mix, operating costs, marketing performance and the efficiency of the operator.
You own the business unit and take responsibility for its day-to-day performance, while PEFA provides the products, systems, training and support needed to help you operate successfully.
We understand also that circumstances can change. That’s why your ownership agreement includes an exit pathway.
You can introduce a buyer who wants to acquire your PEFA Kiosk Business Unit, subject to the terms of the ownership agreement.
PEFA can assist with the resale process and introduce potential buyers where available.
Where the applicable terms are satisfied, PEFA may repurchase the business unit based on an agreed valuation.
The resale value is determined by the condition, location, operating history, performance and prevailing value of the business at the time of exit.
This option is designed for investors who want to own a PEFA kiosk without being involved in its day-to-day operations. PEFA takes full responsibility for managing and supervising the kiosk for the next 12 months, ensuring that the business is properly operated and maintained.
Under this model, you own the kiosk while PEFA handles the day-to-day management. You receive a fixed payment of ₦337,500 every month for 12 months, giving you a total payment of ₦4,050,000 in the first year.
At the end of the 12-month period, the kiosk remains your asset. You can choose to continue with PEFA management under newly agreed terms based on the prevailing costs of space/rent, initial stock, maintenance and other applicable operating expenses, or take over the management yourself.
